About the Role
This opening is for a Clinical Research Coordinator working at the fresher or internship level. The role supports clinical trials and research studies focused on biotechnological and pharmaceutical products, medicines, and procedures, with an emphasis on helping ensure they are conducted safely and in line with study requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Support the drafting and review of clinical trial protocols alongside the research team.
- Help identify suitable trial sites by taking part in feasibility checks and site selection activities.
- Assist with regulatory compliance during the clinical study lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit regulatory paperwork to the relevant health authorities when needed.
- Contribute to site initiation by coordinating training and making sure required documents are available.
- Work with clinical research associates and investigators to monitor studies and gather trial data.
- Help maintain data quality by checking for accuracy, completeness, and protocol compliance.
- Assist in tracking and reporting adverse events in line with regulatory expectations.
- Take part in close-out activities, including collecting essential records and helping finalize study reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams such as clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs.
- Maintain clear documentation of day-to-day activities and support trial master file organization.
- Use the internship as a learning opportunity to build knowledge of clinical research workflows and industry regulations.
