Role overview

This position sits within the RPO Talent Acquisition function and supports a key client account. The Client Services Director will take ownership of both the strategic and day-to-day running of client solutions, with two main priorities: delivering consistently high service quality and expanding business across the wider Korn Ferry portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional implementation activity by working with important stakeholders, sharing progress updates, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Identify ways to improve how solutions are delivered and contribute to continuous improvement through practical, innovative approaches.
  • Ensure services are delivered in a way that keeps client satisfaction high.
  • Provide prompt and clear updates to client leadership, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Guide client strategy through quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Advise clients on market developments, effective practices, and areas where corrective action or enhancement may be needed.
  • Shape, design, and roll out talent acquisition solutions for new requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple Korn Ferry service areas to address client talent management needs and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Support account expansion and help secure new client business alongside business development teams.

Candidate profile

  • Significant senior leadership or director-level background in talent acquisition, human resources, or consulting, including experience managing large teams across multiple regions.
  • Prior experience in RPO or in-house environments, ideally within large multinational organisations.
  • A solid history of leading managers and keeping teams motivated toward results.
  • A performance-driven mindset with evidence of meeting KPIs and successfully upselling to client contacts.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to produce high-quality reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for both external and internal audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organisational skills, with the confidence to work effectively across levels and cultures.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage several clients at once.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • Self-directed working style and the ability to respond quickly to client needs.
  • Adaptability and comfort with change, including adopting new processes efficiently.
