We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Director to guide, energize and grow a high-performing client services function, delivering standout brand experience work for globally recognized brands. This senior leadership position combines people leadership, client partnership, and commercial ownership.

The role is responsible for nurturing trusted client relationships, setting strategic and operational direction, and making sure campaigns are delivered to a consistently high standard — aligned to brief, completed on schedule, delivered within budget, and managed with strong commercial focus.

You will partner with the Head of Client Services and teams across the agency to expand existing accounts, uncover new opportunities, improve processes, and help drive continued business success. The position is based in Maidenhead, with hybrid working available and travel required to client locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and support Account Directors, Senior Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives, while creating a culture where the team can do their best work.
  • Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with clients and provide strategic advice when needed.
  • Ensure every account and project receives outstanding client service.
  • Manage campaign delivery so work is completed to brief, on time, within budget and in line with agreed profit targets.
  • Help grow existing accounts by spotting opportunities to increase investment and deepen client partnerships.

  • Coach, motivate and develop team members to strengthen capability, confidence and career progression.
  • Step in as a senior point of escalation for complex client or internal issues, resolving challenges in a professional and commercially sound way.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level background in a marketing, advertising, experiential, creative, design or branding agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing client services teams.
