Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech company based in Dublin is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to strengthen its Customer Success function. This position sits at the intersection of Sales and Customer Success and is responsible for making sure enterprise clients are brought live smoothly. The role focuses on well-managed implementations, strong client experience, and successful technical setup from the outset.
What you will do
- Run onboarding projects from start to finish, keeping delivery on schedule and aligned with client goals.
- Oversee the complete onboarding journey, including system setup, client training, and the handover into business-as-usual teams.
- Support and coordinate API integrations and payment gateway deployments, stepping in to help resolve technical issues when required.
- Serve as the main contact for clients throughout onboarding, maintaining clear updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition and help improve onboarding processes over time.
About you
- You bring 3 to 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or technical support, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or ERP settings.
- You have a solid grasp of API integrations and hands-on exposure to payment gateways or comparable technical solutions.
- You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders well, and naturally put the client first.
- You are highly organised and comfortable handling several onboarding projects at the same time.
- You approach problems proactively, are technically curious, and pay close attention to detail.
