Overview

A rapidly expanding fintech company based in Dublin is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to strengthen its Customer Success function. This position sits at the intersection of Sales and Customer Success and is responsible for making sure enterprise clients are brought live smoothly. The role focuses on well-managed implementations, strong client experience, and successful technical setup from the outset.

What you will do

  • Run onboarding projects from start to finish, keeping delivery on schedule and aligned with client goals.
