Role Overview
Zurich is looking for confident, outgoing, and self-driven customer care professionals to join its Claims Call Center team in early August 2026. This position is centered on helping customers, and selected candidates will complete a detailed six-week training program to prepare for the job.
All hired candidates must reside in the United States, with preferred time zones of CST, PST, and MST.
What You Will Do
- Receive and process first notice of loss reports from customers through phone and non-phone reporting channels, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
- Handle complicated claim questions and issues, and decide when to escalate or involve additional support to provide clear guidance to customers and coworkers.
- Work with both internal teams and external clients to share information, confirm details, and resolve questions or issues efficiently.
- Share suggestions and feedback with the team to help improve customer care quality.
- Work in line with company procedures and comply with risk and compliance requirements.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts scheduled within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.
- This is a fully remote role, and training is also conducted remotely.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $17.79 to $21.64.
- Short-term incentive bonus eligibility at 5%.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Experience with data entry.
Work From Home Requirements
- A dedicated workspace that is free from noise and other distractions.
- A stable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong data entry ability, including typing at 32 WPM or faster.
- Comfort using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to move quickly and accurately across multiple screens and browsers.
- Strong reading comprehension and a professional attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Insurance experience is an advantage.
