About the Role

Zurich North America is looking for confident, proactive, and service-focused professionals to join its Claims Call Center team. The start is planned for early August 2026, and the position includes a thorough 6-week training program delivered entirely remotely.

This is a fully remote opportunity, including training. Applicants must live in the United States, and the preferred time zones are CST, PST, and MST.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and record first notice of loss claim reports from customers through phone and other reporting channels, making sure each request is handled quickly and accurately.
  • Manage difficult claims questions and issues, knowing when to escalate or involve the right team members so customers and coworkers receive clear support.
  • Work with internal and external contacts to exchange information, confirm details, and close out questions or problems efficiently.
  • Share feedback and suggestions with the team to help improve customer service quality.
  • Work in line with company procedures and follow risk and compliance standards.

Schedule and Work Setup

  • Work an 8-hour shift within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Time.
  • The role is fully remote, including the training period.
