Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-location Cameraman position in Erode. The selected person will handle camera operations for business-focused video content, making sure shots are framed well, sharply focused, and visually balanced. The role includes preparing camera gear, working closely with the content creator, changing camera angles as needed, and recording both planned and spontaneous moments.

What You Will Do

• Set up and operate camera equipment for shoots.
• Capture polished footage with proper framing, focus, and composition.
• Coordinate with the content creator to support smooth filming.
• Adjust camera positions and angles during recording.
• Record both scripted and impromptu content as required.
• Use simple lighting arrangements to improve video clarity and presentation.
• Support the production team throughout the video workflow.
• Keep camera gear in good condition and maintain equipment.
• Organize footage and assist with basic production tasks whenever needed.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on camera handling ability across different camera types.
• Good sense of framing, steadiness, and shot composition.
• Working knowledge of basic to intermediate lighting methods.
• Understanding of video production steps, including shot planning and coordination with presenters.
• Comfortable working in TV or online video production environments and following schedules.
• Ability to work from Erode and manage time effectively in a fast-moving setup.
• Basic familiarity with editing workflows and file organization is helpful.
• Experience in content creation, YouTube, or social media video work is an advantage.
• Training or coursework in film, media, communication, or a similar area is preferred, though not essential.
