  • Source and buy the materials, products, and services required to support operations and production.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier details, and purchasing data in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Inventory Control, Quality, and Operations teams to support business goals and maintain supply continuity.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in purchasing workflows, supplier performance, and inventory practices.

  • Solid understanding of total cost of ownership principles and cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of supply chain risk management and inventory optimization methods.
  • SCMP designation completed or in progress is an advantage.
  • Exposure to logistics coordination, transportation planning, freight processes, and Incoterms is an asset.
  • Experience with imports/exports, customs compliance, international trade requirements, and customs brokers is an asset.
  • Comfort using ERP/MRP platforms and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Well-developed organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building capability.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Calm, steady response under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, accountability, and commitment to ongoing improvement.

  • Annual salary range of $65,000 to $72,000.
  • Extended health coverage, including medical, disability, dental, and vision.
  • Active social committee and a positive company culture.
