About the Role

Onelink Solutions is hiring ambitious, performance-focused Business Setup Advisors for its Corporate Services team in Dubai. This role is suited to professionals who understand the UAE business setup landscape and enjoy client-facing sales work, account management, and supporting entrepreneurs as they launch and expand their businesses in the UAE.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, motivated by targets, and able to create lasting client partnerships while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through company formation, licensing, visa processing, and wider corporate service solutions.
• Turn qualified leads into closed business deals and active opportunities.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle the complete client journey, from initial consultation through to successful business setup.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in the UAE business setup sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong background in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets.
• A professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
• Candidates with consultative B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, software, or other solution-led industries may also be considered.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Monthly salary of AED 10,000 to AED 12,000, in addition to an attractive commission plan.
