Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional work by aligning operations, supply chain, culinary, and customer experience teams around shared goals and follow-through.
• Create, improve, and maintain operating systems that help kitchens run more reliably, efficiently, and with better support.
• Act as a key source of insight and communication to help maintain strong performance across the company’s nationwide kitchen network.
• Increase adoption of new processes and tools through clear documentation, strong communication, and persistent follow-up.
• Support team operations, onboarding, culture-building activities, and logistics as needed.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
