Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships from end to end, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and work with Product, Design, and Data Science to turn those opportunities into action.
  • Help build and scale ticketing operations and the systems behind the company’s ticketing business.
  • Continuously find friction points, simplify processes, automate workflows, and scale internal operations, with strong use of AI wherever practical.
  • Design and prototype internal solutions and tools from start to finish using vibe coding.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations or a comparable function, including at least 1 year at a high-growth startup.
  • At least 2 years of field-based experience, such as work in delivery, rideshare, forward-deployed engineering, onsite consulting, or a similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience with self-serve analytics, including SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools.
  • Strong comfort using AI to build agents and streamline workflows.
  • Ability to reason from on-the-ground facts to metrics, strategy, and operational decisions.
  • Willingness to jump into any issue, even if it is small or tactical.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
