Role overview
Join a rapidly expanding property management business as a Business Development Representative, where your focus will be on creating new opportunities, nurturing prospective clients, and helping the company win more business.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary of $1300.
Key responsibilities
- Reply quickly to incoming leads and enquiries.
- Speak with potential property owners and investors to understand their needs.
- Explain residential property management services clearly to interested prospects.
- Assess leads, identify qualified opportunities, and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
- Turn qualified opportunities into new customers.
- Keep the CRM pipeline updated and well-organized.
- Prepare onboarding paperwork for newly acquired properties.
- Develop long-term relationships while ensuring a strong client experience.
- Contribute to business growth through steady prospecting and follow-up.
Candidate profile
- Background in business development, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable qualifying prospects and addressing objections.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM tools to monitor activity and pipeline status.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on results.
- Experience in real estate or property management will be considered an advantage.
