Role Overview
The Business Development Coordinator will support the admissions journey by keeping students moving smoothly through the funnel. This position is centered on communication, coordination, reporting, and timely follow-up with students, agents, admissions teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to students and agents to check visa appointment progress, missing application documents, tuition fee updates, and visa decision outcomes.
- Track and manage students through the admissions process to ensure they progress efficiently.
- Work closely with the Admissions Department to obtain application updates and resolve urgent cases quickly.
- Monitor and manage the Application Support Team inboxes professionally so enquiries are answered without delay.
- Compile and distribute reports to stakeholders, including agents and business developers.
- Take on other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager based on business needs.
- Follow the company’s values and comply with its code of conduct, equality and diversity expectations, health and safety rules, and safeguarding policies.
Experience and Skills
Success in this role requires strong coordination ability, disciplined execution, and regular communication with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should bring an operational mindset and the confidence to manage structured workflows.
