About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site sales opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to join a high-growth education company. The role involves speaking with parents and adult learners, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right learning program through consultative selling.
What You Will Do
- Connect with parents and adult learners to understand their learning needs and career aspirations.
- Plan and run one-to-one video counselling conversations with prospective learners.
- Identify pain points and suggest learning options that match the customer’s needs and goals.
- Address concerns confidently and influence the right decision-makers to move the sale forward.
- Manage the full sales journey, from the first interaction until conversion is completed.
- Follow up on time, maintain relationships, and work toward monthly enrollment targets.
- Keep regular communication with prospects to improve conversion outcomes and the overall experience.

Work Setup
This position is based in Delhi, with opportunities in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. The role follows a five-day workweek and comes with an informal dress code.
