Aaratech Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst focused on retail and e-commerce initiatives. This role is centered on understanding business needs, mapping current processes, and spotting ways to improve customer experience and day-to-day operational performance.

What you will do
- Collect, organize, and document business requirements from stakeholders across retail and online commerce functions.
- Review sales, inventory, and customer-related workflows to find opportunities for process improvement.
- Create process documentation, analytical reports, and dashboard outputs to support decision-making.
- Work closely with teams in business, marketing, operations, and IT to move initiatives forward.
- Assist with system validation, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities for new projects.
- Prepare business recommendations and share project progress updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or a comparable environment.
- Hands-on exposure to process analysis and the preparation of requirement documents.
- Working knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce business flows.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum ways of working.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms.
- Exposure to Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000.
