Role Overview
This opening is for an early-career Business Analyst who will help improve business operations and support strategic projects through data analysis, process evaluation, and requirement gathering. The role focuses on spotting efficiency gaps, understanding how work gets done, and turning findings into practical recommendations that strengthen productivity and overall performance.
What You’ll Do
You will work with stakeholders to collect and document business needs, review operational issues, and align analysis with broader business goals. The position also involves preparing reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that highlight key performance indicators, market or customer trends, and the effectiveness of existing processes.
In this role, you will partner with teams across the organization to assist with project rollout, process refinement, and transformation initiatives. Your insights will be used to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and contribute to long-term business growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline. You should bring strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, solid problem-solving ability, and close attention to detail.
Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting software, data analysis methods, and business process review is important. Experience or exposure to requirement collection, process mapping, performance tracking, project support, and business reporting will be useful. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build working relationships across different levels of the organization are also essential.
You should also be organized, able to manage several priorities at once, and capable of meeting deadlines. Familiarity with business intelligence, process improvement methods, change management, data visualization, and evidence-based decision-making will be an added advantage.
