Role overview

Heineken is looking for a Brand Manager for Integrated Consumer Communications to help define how the brand evolves in the US over the coming decade. In this role, you will own consumer-facing communications for the Heineken brand and translate its global positioning into the American market across ATL, BTL, and experiential channels.

You will work with a broad network of internal and external partners, including local and global stakeholders and their agencies across advertising, media, public relations, and experiential marketing. Success in this role will depend on strong collaboration, sharp judgment, a consumer-first mindset, the ability to work in a fast-changing environment, and solid project management capabilities. You will report to the Brand Director and be accountable for campaign consistency and execution across channels and regions. You will also serve as the main contact for the trade marketing team and oversee the Heineken brand budget.

What you will do

  • Execute the annual communication calendar with a high level of quality, ensuring it supports the long-term strategy and makes effective use of brand budgets and assets.
  • Drive alignment across ATL, BTL, and experiential programs by working closely with Heineken USA and Heineken Global teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to adapt global campaigns so they resonate with consumers in the US.
  • Build annual campaign tentpoles in partnership with agencies and internal Heineken teams.
  • Develop the media strategy with the Media team and shape sponsorship and activation plans with the Partnerships team.
  • Protect brand consistency by ensuring visual identity and positioning are reflected across all communications and channels.
  • Create internal communications that strengthen brand engagement and improve execution across the US.
  • Oversee implementation, tracking, and measurement of ATL/BTL initiatives in an organized way to support consumer growth nationwide, while using market insights to address local business needs.
  • Work across functions such as Media, PR, Trade, Commercial, Sponsorship, Legal, and CMI to develop strong strategies and execute integrated plans.
  • Manage the brand budget, coordinate with agencies and internal teams on reporting and alignment, and act as a key contact for Finance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing integrated communications for a global CPG brand.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, including building and launching complex campaign ecosystems across multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen and other syndicated data sources.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within close proximity to the HUSA office for a hybrid arrangement.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base pay range: $110,000 to $125,000 annually, plus an annual bonus.
