Role overview
Join a team that focuses on creating a welcoming coffeehouse experience where every drink and interaction can brighten a customer’s day. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality beverages and food while building friendly connections with guests in a busy, fast-moving store environment.

Core duties
- Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes, including customizations such as temperature changes, ingredient adjustments, or substitutions.
- Provide attentive, pleasant service by understanding customer needs and responding clearly and professionally.
- Work across different store tasks during each shift as needed.
- Follow store operating standards for quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience and qualifications
- No prior work experience is needed.
- Ability to work flexible schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Capacity to learn quickly and follow both spoken and written instructions.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate with others.
