The Ned Doha is a luxury hospitality destination set inside Doha’s historic former Ministry of Interior building. It combines heritage architecture with modern style, offering a polished guest experience across multiple dining venues, 90 guest rooms, event spaces, and Ned’s Club, which features a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and a 30-meter outdoor pool.

Role Overview

This position is for an enthusiastic Barista who enjoys preparing excellent coffee, delivering memorable service, and contributing positive energy to every shift. The ideal candidate takes pride in beverage craftsmanship, enjoys interacting with guests, and performs well in a busy hospitality setting.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Offer friendly, personalized, and attentive service to all guests.
• Explain beverage options and menu items to improve the guest experience.
• Keep the coffee area tidy, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Adhere to food hygiene, safety, and quality expectations at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

• Prior barista experience in a café, restaurant, luxury hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong enthusiasm for coffee and high-quality guest service.
• Understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty coffee preparation.
• Positive, approachable communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay accurate and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
