Role Overview
We are looking for a Barista in Singapore to prepare beverages to a high standard, deliver prompt service, and support a smooth day-to-day customer experience. The role involves working on-site during daytime hours and requires strong communication and customer service ability.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages while maintaining the expected quality level.
- Make drinks accurately in line with each customer order.
- Operate, care for, and keep all equipment in good working condition.
- Take and respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient way.
- Process cash and card transactions correctly and follow proper cash-handling practices.
- Provide fast and efficient service to customers.
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of the full menu.
- Follow applicable health and safety requirements at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Availability to work during the day.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience will be given priority.
