THE MAPLE HOTEL BHOPAL is hiring for a full-time Barista position in Bhopal. This is an on-site role focused on delivering beverages and guest service in a hospitality setting.

Role Summary

In this role, you will prepare and serve both hot and cold drinks, including coffee and tea, following the hotel’s established recipes and quality standards. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly café or service area while ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed.

Key Duties

• Take customer orders and prepare beverage items accurately and efficiently.
• Operate coffee-making equipment and related tools safely.
• Serve customers with a courteous, prompt, and professional approach.
• Answer guest queries about drinks and menu offerings.
• Process payments correctly and handle cash or POS transactions with care.
• Keep the bar, seating area, and surrounding workspace neat and sanitary.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and restock supplies as needed.
• Work closely with teammates to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in preparing coffee and other beverages, along with basic food preparation knowledge.
• Good customer service skills and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work from the Bhopal location on a full-time basis, including shifts and weekends if required.
• Attention to detail, basic arithmetic skills, and comfort using cash registers or POS systems.
• A strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Prior work in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is helpful but not compulsory.
• Readiness to learn, follow procedures, and maintain quality and safety expectations.
