Shift Details
This role follows a Sunday to Thursday roster, with working hours from 3:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is an early-morning, on-site position designed for someone who enjoys an active workday and a quieter commute.
Role Overview
As a Baker, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality baked products to customers every day. The bakery environment is busy and energetic, with teams that actively share their knowledge to help colleagues grow their capability and progress in their careers.
What the Role Involves
- Produce baked goods that meet high standards of quality and customer appeal.
- Work closely with the bakery team in a fast-moving production environment.
- Contribute to a clean, well-organised, and food-safe workplace.
- Support customer satisfaction through the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
- Assist in leading and supporting fellow bakery team members.
- Maintain focus on your own development as well as the wellbeing and resilience of the team.
- Handle the physical demands of a hands-on bakery role, including mixing, lifting, and shaping.
What You Need
A formal baking qualification along with relevant work experience is required.
