Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR administration while keeping employee records and HR platforms accurate and up to date
• Manage onboarding, exit processes, recruitment support, and employee paperwork
• Act as a first point of contact for routine HR policy guidance and staff questions
• Support compliance work, people initiatives, and ongoing improvement activities within HR

• Approximately 5 years of prior experience in HR generalist, HR operations, or HR coordination roles
• Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
• Strong planning and organisational ability, with confidence in prioritising multiple tasks
• Comfort using HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and communicating effectively with varied stakeholders
