About the Opportunity

The company is hiring an Auto Body Estimator for its reconditioning facility team in Etobicoke, Ontario. The role is focused on producing precise repair estimates, coordinating repairs efficiently, and keeping communication clear between outside repair shops and internal teams. The goal is to help the reconditioning workflow stay organized so vehicles are repaired properly and returned on schedule.

What You Will Do

• Assess damage photos and create detailed repair estimates with strong accuracy and quick turnaround.
• Work with repair shops to gather quotations, pricing, and service information.
• Book repair appointments for vehicles assigned to outside facilities.
• Review, organize, and process repair-related invoices.
• Handle calls and emails from management with updates on scheduling and repair progress.
• Support a busy, high-volume estimating and scheduling environment.
• Keep records of estimates, appointments, and related communication well organized.
• Check in with repair shops and internal teams to help ensure deadlines are met.
• Spot and fix communication issues or inconsistencies between shops and management.
• Use internal communication and tracking tools such as email, Google Drive, and Slack to manage workflow.

What We Are Looking For

• A candidate with strong computer literacy and comfort using workflow tools.
• Someone with excellent customer service skills and a professional communication style.
• A valid driver’s license with at least a G2 classification.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• The ability to commute to Etobicoke.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with overtime when business needs require it.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in administration, customer service, or automotive support.
• Familiarity with automotive repair language or how repair shops operate.
• Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management software.

Compensation and Benefits

The position pays $20.00 per hour. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, and dependent coverage starting on the first day of employment. Pay is determined using objective factors such as skills, performance, market comparisons, responsibilities, and working conditions.
