About the role

The company is hiring energetic, detail-focused Associates for its Data Annotation team. This position is well suited to fresh B.Com or BFA graduates who want to begin a career in back-office operations. The work centers on tagging, labeling, and validating data that supports AI and machine learning initiatives across sectors such as insurance, healthcare, and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately annotate and tag documents, images, and other data types.
• Check and verify completed annotations to maintain consistency and follow project rules.
• Coordinate with Quality and Project Management teams to meet SLA and accuracy goals.
• Keep clear task records and work according to standard operating procedures.
• Raise unclear cases, blockers, or process issues with supervisors for guidance.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, labeling methods, and changing project needs.
• Help protect data security and confidentiality in line with HIPAA and GDPR expectations.

Salary and job details

The annual compensation range is INR 3,04,000 to INR 4,08,000. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Mira Road, Maharashtra, India. There are 20 openings available.

Other requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a Finance and Accounting-related specialization.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow organized processes.
• Basic computer skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with digital tools is preferred.
• Good communication and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, deadline-oriented setting.
• Interest in data, AI, or digital operations will be considered an advantage.
