Role Overview
This graduate program is designed to help early-career talent build a strong foundation in technology sales through a mix of structured learning, hands-on experience, and clear performance milestones. The position begins with an intensive training phase and then transitions into a live sales role based in Ireland.
Program Structure
Selected candidates will begin the journey with a 90-day training program in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. This initial phase includes classroom learning and practical training focused on the storage industry, NetApp’s business, and the company’s products and solutions. It also aims to strengthen transferable professional skills that support long-term career growth.
After completing the three-month training with fellow graduates from around the world, participants will return to Ireland to continue with the on-the-job portion of the program.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support customer acquisition and revenue growth by using both inbound and outbound prospecting across phone, email, and digital channels. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, understand business challenges, and present NetApp’s hybrid cloud and data offerings as solutions.
You will also work with channel, marketing, technical, and sales teams to create a strong pipeline, support proposals, and deliver a smooth customer journey.
