You should be comfortable working with clear objectives and information, but also capable of navigating situations where details may be incomplete or unclear. Strong problem-solving ability and a willingness to ask the right questions are important.
Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to category, merchandise, or buying work, or a genuine interest in building a career in this space. You’ll also need strong written and verbal communication, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work well with data, deadlines, and changing priorities.
