Role Overview
In this position, you will work closely with the General Manager to improve store performance across sales, staffing, merchandising, visual presentation, and cost control. The role requires hands-on leadership across both customer-facing and back-of-house functions, with a strong focus on authentic service and commercial results.
Key Duties
You will help execute store strategies, coach and develop the team, maintain operational standards, and support profit and productivity goals. You will also be expected to lead by example, uphold company procedures, and contribute to a positive, engaging workplace.
