Role Overview
This position is focused on corporate administration and support across facilities, vendors, procurement, budgets, compliance, office setup, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle broad administration activities spanning planning and budgeting, policies, procurement, employee welfare, negotiations, public relations, government coordination, asset buying, transportation, inventory, vendor handling, facilities, and cost control.
- Partner with internal teams and business units to manage routine operations while upholding professionalism, integrity, strong customer orientation, and commercial awareness.
- Address complex operational matters involving employees, daily administration, purchases, deliveries, and related issues, and use sound judgment to support organizational decisions.
- Prepare budgets for corporate, regional, and services functions, track spending on a monthly basis, and produce analytical reports to aid business decisions.
- Oversee facility-level compliance with relevant laws and regulations and help maintain a safe working environment for employees.
- Support branch office establishment at multiple locations, including property selection, rent and term negotiation, agreement closure, and office setup.
- Manage vendor interactions, obtain quotations, build comparative statements, present proposals to the purchase committee, and secure approvals.
- Coordinate renewal or cancellation of registrations and licenses, as well as reimbursement-related processes.
- Organize and manage events.
- Take care of external-facing administration involving vendors, events, local real estate and administration, CMOs, company guesthouses, and facilities management.
Additional Information
The role requires working closely with multiple internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations across administrative and facility-related functions.
