Fashion Dream is hiring an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to support its team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is focused on protecting the safety, reliability, and long-term performance of key assets and infrastructure.
Employment details
This is a full-time position based in the United Arab Emirates, with on-site work required and hybrid working options available.
Responsibilities
- Create and roll out asset integrity frameworks, programs, and long-term strategies.
- Maintain the safe operation, dependability, and efficiency of essential equipment and infrastructure.
- Carry out integrity checks, inspections, and risk-based evaluations.
- Track the health of assets and prepare inspection and maintenance schedules.
- Take ownership of integrity-related projects while working closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Make sure all work aligns with applicable regulations, industry norms, and internal policies.
- Review integrity data and turn findings into practical improvement actions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance leadership.
- Solid working knowledge of risk-based inspection, corrosion control, and asset lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with recognized standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders well.
