Role overview
Stellar Staff is hiring a proactive Appointment Setter who works with urgency and speed. The main purpose of the role is to turn warm leads, inactive prospects, and previously lost opportunities into qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Reply to new warm inquiries within 10 minutes of submission through phone, SMS, live chat, and email to maximize booking rates.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who shared their details but did not complete a booking.
- Re-engage leads that previously moved through the sales process but did not convert.
- Schedule qualified appointments directly into the team’s calendar system.
- Meet a weekly target of 5 to 10+ additional booked appointments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead details, conversation notes, and follow-up actions.
- As the role grows, support broader outreach efforts, including targeted cold outreach to prospects who have not yet submitted information.
What success in this role looks like
You are expected to treat speed-to-lead as a daily habit, work through scripts confidently, use objection-handling guidance effectively, and keep outreach moving until each lead reaches a clear outcome.
Requirements
- Experience using Go High Level for CRM tracking and appointment booking is strongly preferred; similar all-in-one CRM experience can also be considered.
- Ability to work from a quiet environment with dependable high-speed internet.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills in a professional setting.
- Comfortable handling multiple communication channels at once, including chat, SMS, and email.
