What you will do

• Shape analyst perception by tracking commentary and research, addressing misunderstandings, and strengthening the firm’s competitive positioning.
• Lead submissions and coordination for major analyst evaluation cycles such as Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape and Everest PEAK Matrix.
• Coach senior executives for analyst meetings by helping with messaging, Q&A preparation and handling sensitive or emerging topics.
• Work closely with Service Line Marketing, Communications, Technology and other teams to keep analyst, media and investor messaging aligned.
• Spot situations where analyst insights can support sales pursuits and priority opportunities.
• Plan and run analyst advocacy activity, including participation in firm events and advisory boards.
• Define performance measures for the analyst relations programme and share regular updates with the CMO and senior leadership.
• Oversee the analyst relations budget, subscriptions and external agency support to ensure strong commercial return.

Required background

• Substantial hands-on analyst relations experience with direct responsibility for relationships with major analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group or TBR.
• Proven involvement in formal analyst assessments, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes or Everest PEAK Matrix programmes.
• Experience creating, running or owning an analyst relations programme in technology, professional services, consulting or business advisory settings.
• Clear track record of influencing analyst coverage, market positioning or evaluation outcomes.
• Experience preparing senior leaders for analyst briefings and one-to-one interactions.
• This is a specialist role and requires direct, practical experience in analyst relations. Backgrounds limited to financial analyst relations, business analysis, market research, data analytics, PR or general marketing will not be considered sufficient for this position.
