About the Internship

This internship invites you to work as a Filmmaking Intern where you will integrate with creative and AI-driven teams to craft captivating educational videos for children. Your role includes examining AI-produced video content, offering insightful creative feedback, and ensuring every video aligns with the company's storytelling standards, educational objectives, and quality benchmarks. This opportunity provides practical experience in filming, creative supervision, AI-assisted video production, and creating educational media.

Key Responsibilities

Assess AI-generated video material to confirm it meets quality criteria and creative guidelines.
Offer constructive critiques to AI video artists aimed at enhancing narrative, animation, and visual appeal.
Coordinate with scriptwriters, animators, and designers to preserve a unified storyline and visual theme.
Engage in review meetings to suggest improvements based on content quality and learner engagement levels.
Collaborate with AI experts and creative personnel to continuously upgrade AI-generated videos.
Maintain uniformity in tone, story progression, pacing, and educational content across episodes.
Utilize AI tools including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude for video revision and creation.
Partner with curriculum specialists and instructional designers to guarantee academic alignment of content.
Record feedback, modification notes, and creative decisions for version control and enhancement tracking.

Candidate Eligibility

Availability to participate in a remote internship starting between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
Commitment to a six-month remote internship duration.
Possession of relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.

Additional Requirements

Interest or background in AI-based content, children’s media, gaming, entertainment, or interactive education.
A portfolio demonstrating expertise in video content creation, animation, film production, or creative management.
Ability to provide empathetic, clear, and actionable creative feedback.
Strong English communication skills attentive to tone and clarity suitable for children in grades 1 through 8.
Comfort working in team environments that include AI technology, animation, and structured workflows.
Familiarity with AI content-generation tools and enthusiasm to learn new technologies.
Knowledge of Indian K–10 educational curricula such as CBSE or ICSE is beneficial.
Experience in children's publishing, e-learning, or animation sectors is a plus.
Skills in storyboarding or scripting voice-overs are preferred.
Ability to create or direct bilingual/multilingual content involving Hindi or regional languages is advantageous.
