AI Business Development

Role Overview

One Federal Solution is looking for a Business Development professional to help uncover new opportunities, support strategic growth efforts, and apply AI-based tools to study market trends and business data. In this position, you will contribute to business development activities, strengthen client relationships, and work with data and analytics platforms to turn information into actionable direction. This role offers practical exposure to both business growth work and advanced technology use in a professional services environment.

What You Will Do

• Research potential markets, clients, and new business opportunities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to examine industry movement, customer behavior, and overall market shifts.
• Gather, organize, clean, and interpret data to develop insights that can guide business development planning.
• Prepare reports and presentations using findings from AI tools and analytics platforms.
• Work with the business development team to design focused outreach plans and campaigns.
• Update and maintain customer records and CRM systems.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and other materials used in client interactions.
• Support competitive research and market segmentation through AI-driven analysis.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently finished a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Strong curiosity about AI, analytics, and business development.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and analytics platforms such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data handling and analysis.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, take initiative, and handle several priorities at once.
• Detail-oriented approach with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
