About the Role
Tiffany & Co. is seeking an organized, self-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join its Head Office team supporting the Northern Europe cluster in Munich. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Lead and is part of a brand known for craftsmanship, long-standing heritage, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the invoice workflow end to end, including receipt, verification, and entry of vendor invoices into the accounting platform.
- Cross-check invoices against purchase orders, confirm that approvals are in place, and organize payment timing.
- Review vendor account statements, identify differences, and work to clear any mismatches.
- Coordinate with suppliers on queries, payment concerns, and credit memo differences.
- Keep accounting files and vendor records complete, current, and well organized.
- Prepare accounts payable aging reports and support the month-end close process.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Steuerfachangestellte(r) or Buchhalter(in) (IHK).
- At least 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
- Practical knowledge of sales tax rules, travel expense regulations, invoice checking, master data upkeep, and payment systems.
- Strong accuracy, reliability, detail orientation, and a structured working style, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident communication abilities in both German and English.
