About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding the needs of both new and existing clients and helping them succeed while using the company’s product. The role requires regular communication with customers as well as internal teams so issues can be identified early and handled effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with different teams across the organization to support customer success.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to better understand client goals and requirements.
- Visit customers to spot opportunities for expanding use of the platform.
- Track and share updates on the overall status and health of customer accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in account management is required.
- The role suits someone who communicates clearly and is comfortable in client-facing interactions.
- Must be open to travel as needed.
