About the Team

Swiggy Dineout is working to become India’s most expansive dining-out platform, already serving more than 100 million diners through a network of 21,000+ restaurant partners across 34 cities and continuing to expand. The goal is to make dining out more convenient by helping people discover eateries across formats such as QSRs, cafes, casual dining, premium venues, fine dining, and more, while also unlocking strong savings through bill payments and app-based offers.

The platform is designed for both diners and restaurants. For customers, the ambition is to become the go-to app for every dining occasion by combining discovery, reservations, payments, and great value in one place. For restaurant partners, the aim is to be the preferred growth platform that helps build visibility, attract demand, and engage customers in a cost-effective way.

Role Overview

This role focuses on growing restaurant partnerships in a designated city. The person will be expected to work from the assigned location, manage the city independently, and act as the primary point of contact for restaurant leads and clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire restaurant contracts and respond to queries from both new and existing partners.
  • Identify sales leads in the market and actively approach restaurants to convert them into business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, while helping them address market-related challenges and suggesting practical solutions such as better discount structures, improved menu visuals and descriptions, and lower cancellation rates.
  • Increase revenue for Swiggy Dineout through upselling, cross-selling, advertising investments, and any other applicable revenue channels.
  • Maintain sales-related reporting, including competitor tracking, partner visit updates, and city-level market trends.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients when visiting the field.
  • Own the performance and growth of the assigned city and relocate there as required to establish the base of operations.
