About the company

Judi Health is an enterprise healthcare technology company that builds a broad set of solutions for employers and health plans. Its ecosystem includes full-service pharmacy benefit management through Capital Rx, comprehensive health benefit administration via Judi Health for employers, TPAs, and health plans, and Judi, a proprietary enterprise health platform that brings claim administration workflows together in a single secure, scalable system.

The company’s mission is to help rebuild trust in U.S. healthcare by providing the infrastructure needed to deliver better care. This role supports the PBA account teams working with health plans, TPAs, and copay card clients.

Role overview

Judi Health is seeking a highly driven Account Coordinator to partner with account teams on client support and day-to-day operations. The position focuses on improving client satisfaction, coordinating internal follow-through, and helping manage the details that keep health benefit accounts running smoothly. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and interested in healthcare operations and process improvement.

What you will do

  • Assist implementation and client service teams with routine client needs and operational follow-up.
  • Process client benefit requests accurately and on time, including benefit updates, eligibility changes, and new plan implementations.
  • Review inbound requests and work with internal and external partners to complete the required plan documentation.
  • Support launches of new plans, pricing, and networks in line with business and administrative goals.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks before and after implementation to confirm coding accuracy.
  • Review claims to spot inconsistencies or errors early and help develop corrective actions.
  • Address sponsor and member concerns, escalating issues when needed.
  • Investigate and answer questions related to claims processing and system configuration.
  • Help coordinate additional data inputs that feed into client management workflows.
  • Work across teams to support broader client operations as needed.

Required background

  • For this role, a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work, delivering on commitments, and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle several complex projects at the same time.
  • Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to reprioritize quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on high-quality output.

Compensation and additional details

The expected base salary range for remote candidates in the U.S. is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, knowledge, skills, and location.

This is a remote or hybrid role for candidates local to the New York City or Denver area.
