Role overview

This part-time, work-from-home internship is focused on promoting Casa Fiesta events, driving ticket sales, and supporting day-to-day sales coordination. The intern will act as a key outreach person for potential guests and communities online and offline.

What you will do

• Reach out to prospective guests and customers through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and similar social channels to market upcoming Casa Fiesta events and increase ticket sales.
• Follow up with interested leads, respond to questions about the event, entry passes, and pricing, and help turn interest into confirmed bookings.
• Promote events within personal and professional circles such as college groups, friend networks, and social platforms to boost walk-ins and pass sales.
• Coordinate with the core team on daily sales goals and share end-of-day performance updates.
• Represent the brand’s energy both online and offline and help create excitement before the event begins.
• Spot possible partnerships, influencers, and communities that can help expand event reach.
• Gather guest feedback and pass along insights to help improve future event experiences.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 30th Jun'26 and 4th Aug'26, can commit for 2 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Compensation and perks

The stipend ranges from INR 4,000 to 15,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 per month. Flexible working hours are offered as an additional perk.
