Role Overview
This internship is focused on sales and marketing support in an on-site environment. The selected intern will assist the sales team in client coordination, lead tracking, and property presentation while contributing to a structured and efficient customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and leadership to set up client meetings, present appropriate property options, and organise site visits to keep the sales process running smoothly.
- Keep CRM information up to date by entering client details, monitoring lead progress, and checking sales data for reporting and decision-making support.
- Speak with prospective and current clients to understand their requirements, recommend relevant property choices, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle client communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person discussions, while following up promptly and maintaining strong professional relationships.
