About the internship
This remote HR internship is a chance to gain practical exposure in a busy human resources function. You will work alongside the HR team at Neave Connectivity Private Limited and see how recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and internal coordination come together in a real organization. The role is suited to someone who communicates well in English, shows initiative, works effectively with others, and manages time responsibly.
What you will work on
- Support the hiring process, including screening and onboarding activities for new team members.
- Help plan and coordinate training and learning sessions for employees.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administration, such as updating and organizing employee records.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and morale-building activities.
- Take part in shaping and rolling out HR policies and procedures.
- Work with the team on special assignments focused on improving productivity and employee experience.
- Research current HR practices and trends to help the department make informed decisions.
