About the Internship
This internship is designed for a candidate who wants to build experience in business development, client engagement, and project-based sales within the construction, interior, and architectural space. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external clients to help identify opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business prospects in construction, interior, and architectural projects.
- Research the market to discover potential clients and upcoming opportunities.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Work with design, site, and execution teams to gather project inputs.
- Keep client records and project trackers accurate and up to date.
- Join client meetings and handle follow-up communication.
- Contribute to digital marketing and lead generation efforts when needed.
- Communicate with clients through phone calls and emails.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. This opportunity is open only to candidates from Mumbai who have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the work.
Other Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or a BArch degree.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of construction and architectural workflows.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and client management.
Compensation and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a 5-day work week.
