About the Role
Scope is hiring 3 Workforce Schedulers to join its Workforce Management team in Hawthorn, Victoria. In this position, you will report to the Workforce Scheduler Team Leader and partner with key stakeholders to manage day-to-day rostering activities. The role focuses on leave planning and shift coverage to help maintain a skilled, capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist service delivery teams to make sure leave planning and shift coverage is handled efficiently, effectively and in line with legal, regulatory, industrial and internal process requirements.
- Spot and communicate improvement opportunities that strengthen how the operational workforce is deployed to deliver safe, high-quality, empowering and sustainable services.
- Convert master rosters into operational rosters that are accurate, efficient and compliant.
- Work with others to support the advance shift-filling process so staffing gaps are covered and future leave is planned early.
What Scope Is Looking For
- Previous scheduling experience, ideally gained in a large organisation with a dispersed workforce.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well with customers and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and solid time management capability.
- Familiarity with Kronos and Schedulo would be an advantage.

Pre-employment Checks
Successful candidates must hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked continuously for 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, you will also need to provide a certified International Police Check from that country or countries. The offer will depend on meeting these requirements.
