Warehouse Keeper

Role Overview

This part-time Warehouse Keeper position with TCS LLC is based in Dubai and combines on-site duties with some tasks that can be handled remotely. The role focuses on keeping warehouse operations orderly and ensuring materials are available when needed for power plant and oil & gas service work.

Key Duties

The selected person will manage tools, spare parts, equipment, and other inventory items used in plant service operations. Day-to-day work includes accepting deliveries, checking incoming goods, confirming paperwork, placing materials in the correct storage areas, and getting items ready for shipment or issue. The role also involves maintaining accurate stock data, working closely with procurement and maintenance teams, and helping ensure that the right materials are available on time.

Warehouse Standards

The position also supports a tidy, safe, and compliant storage environment. This includes following company procedures, keeping the warehouse organized, and handling materials responsibly while maintaining required safety practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability in stock handling and warehouse control, including accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or basic ERP tools, along with solid MS Office usage.
• Exposure to industrial tools, equipment, and spare parts used in power or oil and gas facilities is an added advantage.
• Capability to keep storage areas orderly, observe safety rules, and manage materials and tools carefully.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
• Prior experience in stores or warehouse operations is preferred, especially in engineering or industrial environments.
• Vocational training or a diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related area is helpful.
