Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the virtual business academy platform, including ongoing improvements, operational oversight, and a better overall learning journey.
• Create and grow training programs that help technicians and entrepreneurs start and expand businesses across multiple home service segments.
• Recruit, organize, and guide a distributed group of instructors, mentors, and support personnel to deliver high-quality education.
• Increase student sign-ups, participation, retention, and measurable business results by introducing structured improvements and new initiatives.
• Develop repeatable systems, workflows, and operating procedures that can support expansion into additional markets and regions.
• Track KPIs, interpret performance data, and apply insights to improve outcomes in line with strategic priorities.
• Keep academy execution aligned with broader business goals while maintaining efficient daily delivery of programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning settings.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with prior exposure to or strong interest in building digital products or business education programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in fast-moving environments.
• Capability to design structured processes, juggle multiple priorities, and see execution through from idea to launch.
• Advantageous: experience in trade sectors, vocational training, or business education tied to real-world operating businesses.
