Role Overview

Noble Cortex is seeking an experienced UX Designer to create polished, user-focused experiences for AI-powered products and data-intensive, workflow-based applications. This role is centered on solving complex design problems across multiple projects in B2B communication and financial automation, with a strong emphasis on usability, clarity, and thoughtful interaction design.

What You Will Do

You will design intuitive interfaces for communication and workflow-oriented platforms, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final experience aligns with business objectives and user needs.

The work will involve improving usability across technically complex products, especially where large datasets, reporting, and operational workflows need to be made easier to understand and navigate.

Design Scope

Create interface concepts using wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual design assets.
Plan and run user research sessions and usability tests to uncover pain points and guide design improvements.
Build dashboards and reporting views that turn large volumes of data into clear, useful insights.
Simplify multi-step workflows so that finance and communication tools feel efficient and easy to use.
Partner with product and engineering teams to keep designs aligned with brand direction and technical constraints.

Tools and Platforms

You will be expected to work with modern design, collaboration, testing, and analytics tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, UserTesting, Lookback, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related subject is required.
At least 3 years of experience designing UX for SaaS or B2B software products.
Hands-on experience creating data visualizations and designing for workflow-heavy applications.
Strong command of UX methods, usability testing, and user-centered design practices.
Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
A portfolio demonstrating effective, user-centered solutions for complex and data-rich products.
