Role Overview

The position is part of the HR Transaction Services function and focuses on recruitment support as well as broader HR administration. Core Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR administration, including payroll-related tasks, pensions, learning and development coordination, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as processing requisitions, communicating with candidates and suppliers, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, and managing job postings.
  • Handle employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation and upkeep of employee records.
  • Prepare reports, maintain precise data, and assist with HR systems such as MyWork.
  • Respond to employee queries through ServiceNow, email, and telephone.
  • Maintain compliant documentation and ensure HR processes follow internal policies and standards.
  • Assist with payment processing through Oracle eBusiness Suite.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and support additional projects as needed.

Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid contract role based in Cork, with attendance required onsite for 2 days each week.

Working hours are 35 per week, generally from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
