Role overview

The Operations function at Revolut is centered on solving complex problems at scale. This role is focused on shaping how the business expands and runs globally by improving systems, streamlining processes, and driving initiatives that create better customer outcomes.

The position is intended for someone who enjoys high-impact work, can turn ambiguous challenges into structured plans, and can help build efficient operations in a fast-moving fintech environment.

What you will do

Design, improve, and scale processes that support continued rapid growth.
Own and deliver key infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Assess, prioritise, and sequence projects so business goals are reached quickly.
Identify opportunities for new product or service features that improve the customer journey.
Oversee important vendor partnerships and create systems to measure performance.
Build strategic supply-chain partnerships and negotiate commercial arrangements.

What you need

A minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
At least 7 years of experience in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R.
A proven history of taking responsibility and leading complicated projects.
Strong ability to simplify difficult problems into smaller, manageable parts.
Comfort working with data and using it to guide decisions.
Natural curiosity and a strong drive to create meaningful impact.
Interest in the financial services industry.
