Role overview

DHL is looking for a Storeperson to join its warehouse team in High Wycombe, Western Australia. This position sits within a busy logistics environment where you’ll help keep warehouse processes accurate, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle inbound and outbound orders with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
• Place received goods into the correct storage locations so items remain organised and easy to access.
• Replenish stock promptly to support ongoing warehouse flow and product availability.
• Use handheld devices, including RF scanners, to assist with order handling and stock control.
• Work with a Warehouse Management System to produce labels and confirm data accuracy.
• Assist with stocktake activities when required to keep inventory records correct.
• Stay alert to workplace hazards and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in a busy warehouse or high-volume logistics setting.
• Forklift licence preferred, though not essential.
• Hands-on experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
• Previous exposure to warehouse management systems, including RF scanners.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide strong customer service.
• Understanding of inventory control and stock management practices.
