Role overview

This position is responsible for supporting performance tracking and evidence-based decisions across project operations. The analyst will help protect the accuracy and reliability of operational data, carry out statistical evaluation, and contribute to improvement efforts through reporting and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Review operational information and field monitoring records submitted by contractors and supervision teams.
• Create and evaluate KPIs for cleaning-related services, covering sweeping, collection, transfer, and landfill activities.
• Apply statistical methods and analysis tools to study performance trends and uncover patterns.
• Prepare analytical reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, summarizing achievements, trends, and variances.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards that present operational performance and core metrics clearly.
• Compare performance across zones and contracts to identify improvement areas, strengths, and gaps.
• Study complaint data from the 940 system and connect it with service-quality indicators.
• Work closely with the Quality Specialist and Project Manager to improve analytical models and decision-support tools.
• Offer practical recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in official project reporting.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement, statistical reporting, or a similar area.
• Professional certification or formal training in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or comparable software.
• Strong working knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools, including SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.

This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is intended for full-time, on-site work.
